About Me.

I'm a leader in digital learning and online education, committed to leading impactful learning experiences. My experience working in edtechs and universities gives me a unique perspective from both sides of partnerships. I've launched new products, portfolios, and services as well as developing established portfolios. In my twenty year career, the common thread between my roles is a clear focus on quality and learner outcomes balanced with commercial drivers and results.

Portfolio Growth and Course/Product Development

I've successfully led strategy and development for portfolios generating up to £15m annual revenue involving B2C and B2B models. I've overseen complex course development, including a Learning Technologies Gold Award for Excellence in the Design of Content (2017). 

Partnership Expertise

I've led various partnerships across key vendors, edtechs, and OPMs, as well as developing content and accreditation partnerships. Aligning vision and developing clear accountabilities and deliverables is key. 

Leading Change

I've led change management initiatives and governance approvals, working with senior stakeholders across global organisations including Pearson. Initiatives have involved a new stackable pathway to a PG Cert award at LSE, and leading the development of the end-to-end enabling services workstream at University of Nottingham Online. 

Business Development

With a commercial background, I've always worked closely with business development and marketing teams to develop solutions for B2B clients (with opportunities ranging from £30k - £1m). I've recently led a Client Relations team, coaching members to refine the strategy, develop a consultative approach, and hit growth targets.

I've led teams and portfolios within the world's leading learning organisation, edtech start-ups, and also universities - all with unique cultures and ways of working.
